A visit to the hotel gazebos is free when ordering from the hotel restaurant menu. If guests wish to book a gazebo for a certain time, then guests must pay a deposit of 5000 tenge for each hour of rent. If guests do not arrive at the appointed time, the deposit is not refundable. From the amount deposited when ordering from the menu, the invoice amount will be deducted from the deposit, and in case of a shortage of money on the deposit, guests will pay the difference. If the deposit is not fully repaid, the hotel will return the difference to the guests.
